Delete Your ThermoSave Account

To request deletion of your ThermoSave account and associated data, email us at hello@thermosave.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when complete.

What gets deleted:

• Your email address

• Your account credentials

• Device associations linked to your account

What is retained:

• Anonymized device operational data (no personally identifiable information) retained for up to 90 days for reliability and safety purposes
