Delete Your ThermoSave Account

To request deletion of your ThermoSave account and associated data, email us at support@thermosave.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when complete.

What gets deleted:

• Your email address

• Your account credentials

• Device associations linked to your account

What is retained:

• De-identified device operating data that can no longer be linked to you, used to improve reliability and safety.

• Order records (such as name, shipping address, and purchase details), as required for tax, warranty, and legal purposes.
