Terms of Service

1. Overview
   
   ThermoSave LLC provides a refundable reservation for a future smart water-heater controller product. By placing a reservation, customers agree to these Terms.
   
   

2. Reservation (Not a Sale)
   
   The $19 payment is a reservation fee, not a purchase of a product. No physical product is shipped at the time of reservation. Reserving does not obligate the customer to complete a future purchase.
   
   

3. Refund Policy
   
   Reservations are fully refundable at any time before the product ships. Refund requests can be made by emailing hello@thermosave.com. The reservation fee will be applied toward the final purchase price if the customer proceeds.
   
   

4. Estimated Availability
   
   Product availability and shipping timelines are estimates only. Current estimated ship window: Q2 2026 (subject to change). Delays may occur due to manufacturing, certification, or supply-chain factors.
   
   

5. Future Purchase
   
   Customers will be invited to complete their purchase when ThermoSave is ready to ship. Final pricing, features, and specifications may change before release. Customers may decline to purchase and request a refund at that time.
   
   

6. Limitation of Liability
   
   ThermoSave LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the reservation. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
   
   

7. Governing Law
   
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
